Italian Focaccia Bread

This delicious Focaccia Bread recipe is so easy and simple to make and topped with cherry tomatoes, fresh rosemary, olives and garlic.
400g all-purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp dry yeast
300ml warm water
Olive oil (to drizzle at the end)
1. To start, combine the all-purpose flour, yeast and salt in a large bowl. Add warm water into the bowl and use your hands to stir the mixture together turning into a fairy wet dough. Drizzle some olive oil and leave it rise for at least one hour and a half.
2. Grease the baking pan with olive oil, transfer the dough into the pan and spread it. Dip your fingers into the water and begin dimpling the focaccia dough.
3 Drizzle olive oil evenly all over the top of the dough, place cherry tomatoes, olives, garlic and fresh rosemary needles evenly.
4. Bake at 200C for 35 minutes, or until the dough is slightly golden and cooked through.
5. Remove from the oven.
Serve it with pasta, by itself or with any other dish.
