Lotus Biscoff Ice Cream

Lotus Biscoff Ice Cream. So incredibly easy and so incredibly delicious! It's a peak of summer and we all need cooling down. This homemade ice cream is the easiest recipe with only 4 ingredients or even 3 if you don't wish to add biscuits.
400ml Heavy cream
200g Sweetened condensed milk
250g Lotus Biscoff Biscuit Spread/butter
10-12 Lotus Biscoff Biscuits, crushed
1. Place heavy cream in a large bowl beat until stiff peaks form.
2. Lotus biscoff spread/butter, condensed milk and beat on low speed until incorporated. Then, add crushed biscuits and gently mix.
3. Transfer into a container quarter of the mixture and pour 2-3 spoon of melted biscoff butter and repeat the process with 2-3 layers. Top with extra crushed biscuits and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
