Malaysian Salad – Rojak

- 250 grams pineapple
- 1 mango
- 1 cucumber
- 1 tablespoon peanuts
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce or kecap manis
- a squeeze of lime
- Add the pineapple, mango, cucumber and peanuts to a bowl.
- Add the lime juice to it and the sweet soy sauce.
- Mix everything well and serve with sesame seeds.
