An easy to make light and filling recipe at the same time, combines two cuisines Mozambique and Portuguese. Shrimp Mozambique only takes 30 minutes including preparation.
Ingredients
Start by sautéing the onion with a little bit of salt in the olive oil for about 5 minutes. You don't want to brown it, so keep an eye on it.
After 5 minutes, add the garlic, mix it a little and cook for further 1 minute.
After 1 minute, add the paprika and chillies. Mix and fry for 10 seconds. Add the white wine and cook for 2 minutes.
Add the shrimps (coated with salt and pepper as per your taste) and cook for 10 minutes. You might need to add a little bit of water if it becomes too dry.
After 10 minutes, the shrimps should be cooked. Add the butter and allow it to melt, then turn down the flame and add the parsley.Serve with bread or rice.
