Vietnamese Spring Rolls

Asian series continues with the absolute all time favorite, guilt free and comforting Vietnamese Spring Rolls - Gỏi Cuốn- that only take 15 minutes to prepare!
Servings: 4 rolls
Cooking time: 10-15 mins.
Start by soaking the rice sheet in water for 3 seconds.
Add the lettuce, noodle, coriander and shrimp and wrap them carefully (see video). Do the same steps for the other rolls.
For the sauce, mix the hoisin sauce with peanut butter, chilli paste and garlic and add a little bit of water to make it a little less thicker.
Serve in our Nami platters inspired by the ocean waves. Enjoy!
